As autumn slowly fades and winter approaches, the most festive season of the year begins at JW Steakhouse - goose season. Starting November 11, we invite you to enjoy our exclusive goose menu, with optional perfectly paired wine accompaniment.
At the heart of the menu is our unmistakable "JW-style" roast goose: crispy on the outside, wonderfully tender on the inside - enhanced with fresh herbs from our JW Garden. We serve it with classic and creative side dishes crafted from the finest regional ingredients, sourced from select partners in Berlin and Brandenburg. Every course is carefully composed, blending traditional flavors with modern finesse.

From Fine de Claire oysters, Ahi tuna with green tea noodles, and squid ink tuile to Australian beef tartare and Rock Lobster in creative interpretations - each course is a tribute to bold flavors and festive elegance.
A refreshing mojito sorbet sets the stage for highlights like Tasmanian salmon with umibudo, Japanese Denver Wagyu steak with dashi and veal jus, and more. End the evening with matcha crème brûlée, mochi, and Nama champagne chocolate, served with tea or coffee.
