As autumn slowly fades and winter approaches, the most festive season of the year begins at JW Steakhouse – goose season. We invite you to experience our exclusive goose menu, thoughtfully composed around the rich flavors of the season.

The menu begins with a comforting goose consommé, served with winter vegetables and sourdough crostini, followed by a fresh and vibrant winter green salad. At the heart of the menu is our refined pressed & confit goose, paired with red cabbage purée, chestnut cream, green asparagus and Brussels sprout leaves, finished with a rich Port wine & thyme sauce and toasted buckwheat. To finish, guests are invited to share a selection of petit fours, cheeses, grapes and sweet treats, creating a relaxed and convivial finale to the evening.

On November 26, we celebrate Thanksgiving 2026 – and you are warmly invited to join us for a festive dinner inspired by traditional American flavours and the spirit of gratitude. 

Look forward to a generous buffet starting with a rich Thanksgiving salad bar featuring seasonal salads, smoked local fish and chilled prawns, followed by a classic onion soup with cheese croutons. At the carving station, enjoy a traditional roasted turkey with apple and bread stuffing, sweet potato purée and cranberry sauce, as well as prime rib with scalloped potatoes, green beans, mushroom cassoulet and red wine jus, complemented by comforting seasonal dishes such as roasted pumpkin with maple and almonds, caramelized Brussels sprouts, rosemary roasted potatoes with cheddar, poached cod with creamed leek, garlic chili prawns and mussels marinière.

The menu takes you on a refined journey, from yellowfin tuna with ponzu, citrus and crispy nori to grilled oyster, beef tartare and bone marrow, followed by Northern lobster tail with squid ink risotto, fennel and saffron oil. The centerpiece of the evening is our German beef tenderloin Chateaubriand, carved tableside and served with baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, creamed spinach, Port wine sauce and chimichurri. End the celebration with a delicate vanilla and pear mille-feuille, poached pear, almond crumble and refreshing lemon sorbet.
